Header mapping
Upload a sample of each file (just needs the header row) and tell AzizPay which column is what. This is saved on this browser and reused every month — you only redo it if the client changes their file layout. Updating replaces the active mapping; the previous one is archived below.
Raw client file (e.g. Amazon — ~30 columns)
Your ERP file
DXB = Dubai, AUH = Abu Dhabi, SHJ = Sharjah. Any codes you don't list still get a button using their raw value.Process this month
Upload the client's raw monthly payroll file and your ERP file for the same period. The tool matches employees, computes the salary variance, then splits everything by company and emirate.

Emirate / location trigger
Click a trigger to filter every company's output to that emirate only. The download buttons then export exactly what's shown.
How it works
The one-time mapping
- You pick which columns hold Company, Emirate/location, Employee name, Employee ID and Salary.
- All 30 (or however many) original columns are kept in the output — mapping just tells the tool how to split, filter and match.
- Re-uploading a mapping replaces the active one; the old mapping is archived so you can restore it.
The monthly run
- Employees are matched to your ERP by Employee ID (or by name if no ID column is mapped).
- Variance = raw salary − ERP salary. Zero = Match, non-zero = Variance.
- People in the raw file but not the ERP show as Missing in ERP; people in the ERP but not the raw file show as Missing in raw.
- Output splits by company, filtered by the emirate trigger you pick — download each as Excel & CSV.
