Your CV may be unreadable to the robot
Most big employers in the Gulf run every CV through an applicant tracking system before a person sees it. My own CV was a nice design. Two columns, a stats bar, a dark footer. When I pulled the text out of the PDF the way a tracking system does, lines came out jumbled and small words like "and" and "the" were missing.
A recruiter would never see that CV the way I designed it. So step one was not AI at all. It was a plain, single-column CV.
Six steps, one job at a time
01 Split your CV by track
I have two careers. 39 years in GCC retail and franchise operations, and three years building AI automation. One mixed CV scores badly for both. So I made an Operations CV and an AI Transformation CV, both from the same true facts.
02 Answer the knockout questions once
Target roles, location, expected salary, how you want to approve. Write them down before you start. The agent stops and asks if a form wants something you have not given it. It never guesses.
03 Find live jobs and score the fit
The agent searches LinkedIn, Bayt, GulfTalent and company career sites for postings from the last 30 days. Each job gets a keyword match score against the CV. Poor fits are dropped before any work is done on them.
04 Tailor, truthfully
Summary, bullets and skills are reworded to mirror the words in the job ad. Nothing is invented. If the agent infers a keyword, it flags it so you can confirm it is true.
05 Browser agent fills the form
You log in once in Chrome. You never give the agent your password. It opens each application, fills your details, uploads the right CV and pastes a short cover letter written for that company.
06 You approve, then it submits
You see the shortlist and the filled forms first. Only after you say yes does it press submit. Then it logs every application in a tracker with a follow-up date five days out.
One great application beats fifty generic ones. The rule the whole setup is built on
What the agent is never allowed to do
Invent experience. No new employers, titles, dates or numbers. I caught it adding a languages line that was not in my CV and took it out.
Guess a knockout answer. Visa status, salary, notice period and years of experience come from you or the form waits.
Type your passwords. You sign in yourself. The agent works inside your session.
Spray. It does not loop over hundreds of postings. It works a shortlist you approved.
Fix your CV in ten minutes
One column. Plain headings: Summary, Skills, Experience. Your title line should match the job you want, not the job you had. Lead each bullet with a number: stores opened, people led, hours saved. Then copy five exact phrases from the job ad into your skills line, but only ones that are true.
If you want this done for you, or want to learn it in a session, the details are on my CV and job application automation page.
