The first working model is in place. Because the source data wasn't yet available, it was built against the published Stackbirds.xyz platform logic as the reference. Here's exactly what's done.

- The Loom folder requires login — it's not publicly accessible, so the walkthroughs couldn't be reviewed.
- The Excel file with the actual issues data wasn't attached — so real field names and records aren't in the model yet.
