Dubai is the Gulf's retail capital and the region's busiest fit-out market. Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates and City Walk set the specification standard that brand rollouts across the GCC then follow.
CMA International is a turnkey fit-out contractor working in Dubai, United Arab Emirates — the group behind Aayan Technical Company Limited (ATCL), which has delivered 150+ retail, F&B and commercial interior projects from its Jeddah base since 2003. Civil works, MEP and HVAC, metal fabrication, façades and signage are delivered under a single contract, on one programme, to one handover date.
A store that opens late doesn't just open late — it misses a season. Every decision below is aimed at the handover date.
Dubai is the Gulf's retail capital and the region's busiest fit-out market. Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates and City Walk set the specification standard that brand rollouts across the GCC then follow.
We are a Saudi contractor working out of Jeddah. For a United Arab Emirates contract we mobilise a site team and ship workshop-fabricated items, and we contract either through a locally licensed partner or under your main contractor — whichever route your tender requires. We say which one on the bid, before you award.
Shop drawings, material submittals and mall or authority NOCs are pushed in parallel, not in sequence — the single biggest source of lost weeks on a Dubai programme.
One tender, one programme, one party answerable where the trades meet. No interface gap between a civil subcontractor and an MEP subcontractor for you to manage.
The contract route is agreed before the bid is priced, so nobody discovers a scope gap at award.
| Route | What it means | What we carry | Who it suits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Turnkey main contract | We hold the whole fit-out package direct with the brand, operator or landlord | Bare shell to opening day, one tender sum, one programme, one defects-liability period | Brands taking a unit and wanting one name on the contract |
| Design & build | We take the concept or brand manual and carry the detailed design as well as the build | Shop drawings, material selection, authority and mall submittals, then construction | Clients with a concept pack but no local detailer |
| Subcontract package | We take one or more trade packages under another main contractor | MEP, metal fabrication, joinery, façade or finishes, priced and programmed as a package | Main contractors short of in-house trade capacity |
| Supply & install | We fabricate in our own workshop and install to your programme | Shopfronts, signage, structural steel, retail fixtures, balustrades, counters | Rollouts where only the fabricated scope is outsourced |
| Framework / rollout agreement | One agreed rate schedule and specification applied store after store | Repeat units called off against a master agreement, with a fixed per-store programme | Retail groups opening multiple stores in a season |
| Fit-out management | We run the trades and the programme on your behalf without holding the trade contracts | Procurement, sequencing, quality control, snagging and handover documentation | Landlords and operators keeping direct contracts with specialists |

See it built →Site measure in Dubai, existing services, mall rules and the brand manual read together — before anything is priced.
Shop drawings, material submittals and authority or mall NOCs pushed in parallel, not in sequence.
Civil, MEP, fabrication and finishes staffed from one payroll under one site engineer.
Trades sequenced so no discipline waits on another. Weekly progress reported against the handover date.
Joint snagging, testing and commissioning, O&M documents, then the defects-liability period we stand behind.
We are a Saudi-registered contractor based in Jeddah, not a United Arab Emirates-licensed entity. For United Arab Emirates work we contract through a locally licensed partner, or as a subcontractor to your main contractor, or on a supply-and-install basis where we fabricate and install to your programme. The route is stated on the bid so it is clear before award — we do not imply a local licence we do not hold.
Yes. CMA International, through Aayan Technical Company Limited (ATCL), takes turnkey fit-out and commercial interior contracts in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are based in Jeddah and mobilise to Dubai for the duration of the programme.
Six: turnkey main contract, design and build, trade subcontract package, supply and install, framework or rollout agreement across multiple stores, and fit-out management where you keep the trade contracts. The route is agreed before the bid is priced.
One contract covering civil and builder's work, mechanical and HVAC, electrical and ELV, plumbing and drainage, metal fabrication, joinery and shopfitting, façade and signage, finishes, and fire and life-safety tie-ins. Nine trades, one programme, one party carrying the risk where they meet.
A priced Bill of Quantities, a method statement, a dated programme showing approval milestones, material submittals, a site-specific HSE plan, and the company and legal pack — Commercial Registration, Chamber of Commerce membership, VAT registration and insurance certificates.
Send the unit area, the mall or building name, the target handover date and the brand fit-out manual to WhatsApp +966 50 259 0825 or cma83j@gmail.com. That is enough to price the package and commit to a date.
We do. Shop drawings, material submittals and mall or authority NOCs are pushed in parallel rather than in sequence, which is where most Dubai fit-out programmes lose their first two weeks.
Since 2003, and without a pause since 2005 — 23 years, with 150+ completed retail, F&B and commercial interior projects delivered from the Jeddah base.
Unit area, mall or building, target handover date, fit-out manual. That is enough to price it.

City and mall names describe the market we take work in, not a claim of completed projects at each address. Outside Saudi Arabia we contract through a locally licensed partner or under your main contractor, and we state the route on the bid.
