Saudi Arabia · fit-out service

Fit-out for brands rolling out across Saudi Arabia.

CMA International fits out multi-store rollouts in Saudi Arabia through ATCL, a Jeddah contractor with Saudi Commercial Registration. If your brand or franchise is opening several stores across Riyadh, Jeddah, the Eastern Province and other cities, you get one contractor, one rate card and one rolling programme instead of a new tender for every store.

What the contract covers.

Prototype store

We build the first store with you and lock the details, so every later store repeats a proven design.

Rate card

Unit rates agreed once for the standard store package, so each new store is priced in days.

Landlord packs

Submission packs adapted to each mall's fit-out manual, from one master set of drawings.

Repeat joinery

Fixtures and counters made in batches in our Jeddah workshop, then shipped to each site.

Multi-city crews

Teams mobilised to each city for the length of each store programme.

Handover pack

The same snag, test and handover documents for every store, so your operations team knows what to expect.

02Saudi context

What is different
about this work in Saudi Arabia.

  1. Every mall is different

Cenomi, Majid Al Futtaim, Al Othaim and other operators each have their own manual, deposits and working hours. The master design has to flex.

  2. Approvals stack up

Each store needs landlord, Balady and Civil Defense sign-off. Run them in parallel across the pipeline, not one store at a time.

  3. Local registration matters

Many landlords ask for a Saudi-registered contractor. ATCL holds Saudi Commercial Registration in Jeddah.

  4. How many stores do you need to count as a rollout?

Two or more in a year is enough to set up a rate card and a shared programme.

  5. Can you take stores in different cities at the same time?

Yes. We plan crews by city and stagger handovers to match your opening dates.

  6. Do the mall operators named here mean you worked for them?

No. They describe the market. Our project list with client names goes out under NDA. Ask for it.

  7. One party answerable

One contract, one programme and one handover date. ATCL carries the risk where the trades meet, so you do not manage the gaps.

03Questions

Brand rollout fit-out, Saudi Arabia.
Straight answers.

Who fits out stores for brands entering Saudi Arabia?

Brands usually appoint a Saudi-registered fit-out contractor on a framework or rate card. CMA International offers that through ATCL, a Jeddah contractor with Saudi Commercial Registration.

Is a framework agreement better than tendering each store?

For two or more stores a year it usually is. You agree rates once and each new store is priced and started faster. See our rollout agreements guide.

Can you work to an international brand manual?

Yes. Send the manual. We price to it and flag items that need a local equivalent or a Saudi approval.

Which Saudi cities do you cover for rollouts?

Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Dammam, Al Khobar and the other regions. Crews mobilise from Jeddah.

How do I start a rollout enquiry?

Send the store list, sizes, cities, target dates and the brand design pack on WhatsApp 00966 540521413.

Do you handle franchise stores?

Yes. We work with the franchisee or the brand, whichever holds the lease and the fit-out budget.

Send the drawings.
We will send a date.

Unit area, mall or building, target handover date, fit-out manual. That is enough to price it.
