Featured venture · Gulf launch

Stackbirds — practical AI agents for the Gulf SME.

Why this project sits on the practitioner's desk, not on the side. A strategic rollout built for real businesses — not a demo, not a template.

The problem: Gulf SMEs are running the largest share of the region's commerce on spreadsheets, WhatsApp and manual workflows. The tech isn't missing — the translation layer is.

What Stackbirds does: Self-trained AI agents for the six jobs every SME actually runs — Accountant, Sales, Inventory, HR, Marketing, and Retail Ops. Show the agent once on your screen; it learns the workflow and runs it from there.

Why it's here, not on a side page: Stackbirds is the live Gulf launch vehicle for my advisory practice. Every engagement that needs workflow automation lands here. I'm the bridge between the platform and the Gulf SMEs that will actually run it.

Stackbirds is the natural extension of thirty-seven years of operating: I know what the accountant, the store manager, and the inventory clerk actually do all day. The agents are built around that — not around a Silicon Valley assumption.

Operating venture · UAE manpower

FastLink — where the UAE hires faster.

A working manpower platform for Dubai & Abu Dhabi — candidate pool, employer dashboard, jobs board, and brochure-grade brand. Live, transacting, and growing.

The wedge: UAE hiring is fragmented across WhatsApp groups, paper CVs and slow agencies. FastLink consolidates the pool, gates it behind a real auth flow, and pushes vetted candidates to employers within hours.

What's live: Indeed-style jobs board, anonymised talent pool with eight demo candidate cards, candidate signup gate before CV upload, multi-role admin/client/job-seeker login, and a downloadable brochure for employers.

My role: Founder, operator, and the only person you'll talk to when you call. The platform is the floor; the consultancy is the building.

UAE businesses don't need another job board. They need a partner that picks up the phone in Arabic or English and ships the candidate by Tuesday. FastLink is built around that.

Commerce venture · Multi-brand

azizsaifmomsworld — organic, curated, scalable.

A multi-brand house for organic kids and family essentials — soft cream/sage palette, real catalogue imagery, AED-converted pricing, and a structure built to hold dozens of brands without breaking.

What it is: A working ecommerce site, not a template. Full cart, brand pages, product detail, contact, all wired and ready for a Stripe / Tap / Telr handoff.

Why it matters: It's the proof point for clients who ask "can you actually ship a real ecommerce store?" The answer sits at the URL, not in a slide.

Where it goes next: Stackbirds Inventory + Sales agents plug straight into this catalogue — the moment they're live, this store becomes the reference implementation.

Every consultancy needs a working storefront under its own roof. Otherwise you're selling ecommerce advice you can't demo. This is mine.

The operator · Dubai · UAE

Aziz Saif — 37 years operating, built around AI now.

Independent automation & AI consultant. The bridge between platforms built in Silicon Valley and businesses run on the ground in the Gulf.

What I do: AI agent rollouts (via Stackbirds), workflow automation in n8n / Make / Zapier, and websites that ship in days. Owner-operated. No retainers that read like novels.

Who I work with: Founders and operators of Gulf SMEs — manufacturing, retail, professional services, manpower, F&B — who are tired of paying for software their team doesn't use.

How to start: A 30-minute call. If automation isn't the right answer, I'll tell you. If it is, you'll have a quote within 48 hours. Calls in English, Hindi, Urdu or basic Arabic.

I don't sell AI. I sell the translation layer between your accountant's spreadsheet and the agent that's about to replace half its work. That's a different conversation.
