What we need from each team (week 1)

• Write access to stackbirds-engineering/stackbirds-site for the implementer
• WAF / edge rule access (Cloudflare / Vercel Firewall — whichever returns the 403) so the bot allowlist can be applied
• Confirmation the middleware.ts bot-allow header approach is acceptable, or pointer to the actual blocking rule
• Deploy access (Vercel / production) for the implementer or a reviewer in the loop

Design / Brand @stackbirds-design

• OG share image — 1200×630 PNG (or approved Figma source)
• Favicon — 512×512 PNG + monochrome SVG of the Stackbirds mark
• Founder/team headshots (3 max) + 1-line bio per person for the About page
• Approval to use the yellow STACKBIRDS wordmark as the Organization logo URL

Product / Marketing @stackbirds-pm

• 4-6 real FAQ Q&A pairs — questions buyers actually ask sales / on the waitlist
• 3 named testimonials — customers willing to be cited by name + title + company (with logos)
• Sign-off on the one-line definition: "Stackbirds is a platform for self-trained agents for ops teams."
• Target head-term keywords (e.g. "self-trained browser agents", "ops workflow automation")

Founders / Ops @stackbirds-founders

• Verified social URLs for sameAs: Twitter, LinkedIn (company), GitHub org
• GSC + GA4 admin access (or a 1-hour pairing slot to set it up)

• Friday 27 Jun check-in — final retro before re-audit
• Monday 29 Jun — re-audit done, scores updated on the page
