Reels via the ECJ UGC pipeline (Higgsfield → Seedance → ffmpeg) and hero food photos, made ahead in one session. Reels live on Google Drive; photos & copy in Git.

One row per day

A content calendar holds every day's reel link, hero photo, Instagram & LinkedIn captions, email subject and copy, chef, cuisine and price tier.

Drafts itself at dawn

A cloud agent runs at 07:00 Dubai — even if your laptop is off. It reads today's row, builds the branded email, and creates a Gmail draft with a posting pack on top.
