How AzInvite handles information

Last updated 12 October 2026

Introduction

AzInvite offers digital invitations for private events such as weddings. A host builds an invitation, uploads a guest list and sends each guest a personal link.

Who is responsible for your information

The host selects the guests and supplies their names and phone numbers from their own contacts. AzInvite processes that data on the host's behalf. The host holds the guest details.

What we store

We do not sell personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share guest lists between hosts.

WhatsApp and email messages

Invitations and reminders go out from the host's phone, by email, or through the WhatsApp Business Platform, only for events you were invited to by someone who already had your number. No marketing or distribution lists. To opt out, reply STOP, block the sender, or ask the host to remove you.

How long it is kept

Guest data and replies stay as long as the event stays in the host's account. Hosts can delete an event, or their whole account, at any time from the dashboard, which removes its guest list, replies and views.

Removing your information

The quickest route is to ask the host directly. Otherwise write to aziz@azizsaif.com and we remove your details from the relevant event and confirm.

Security

Data is stored on managed infrastructure (Vercel and Turso) with encryption in transit. Each invitation link holds a private token, so anyone with the link can view it: treat it as personal. Host dashboards require sign-in.

Google sign-in

If you sign in with Google we receive your email address, name and Google account ID to identify you. We do not access anything else in your Google account.

Children

The service is for adults organising events. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children, though hosts may include family members of any age on guest lists.

Changes

Updates are reflected by the date at the top. Material changes to how guest data is handled are shown here before they take effect.

Contact

Aziz Saif, azizsaif.com, Dubai, UAE, is the data controller. aziz@azizsaif.com · WhatsApp +971 55 649 2370.

In short

We keep only what is needed to deliver an invitation and collect a reply, we never sell it, and you can have it removed at any time. Hosts who want nothing on our server can use private mode, where everything stays on their phone. Read the terms, see the AzInvite home page or try the free video maker.
