AzInvite is a product of Aziz Saif, trading as azizsaif.com, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. "We" and "us" mean azizsaif.com.
AzInvite is a digital invitation platform for private events. Hosts build an invitation, supply their own guest list, send personal links and gather responses. We supply the tool. The host chooses the recipients and the content.
Keep your sign-in details, password and access code confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Tell us quickly if you suspect unauthorised access, and use "Sign out everywhere" in Settings.
Only add people you have a legitimate reason to contact, using details you already hold. No unsolicited marketing. Respect any opt-out request. When you send from your own WhatsApp number, including click-to-send links, the messages come from you and must follow WhatsApp's rules. We pace sends to reduce risk but are not responsible if WhatsApp restricts your number.
Paid features and packages are explained before purchase. Fees for official WhatsApp Business Platform messages are set by Meta and passed on as incurred.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be removed. We try not to break invitations for events already underway.
You keep ownership of your text, photos and event details, and grant us a licence to store and display them for delivery. Designs, themes and the platform belong to us.
You can delete an event, or your whole account, at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend accounts used for unsolicited messaging or that endanger other users.
AzInvite is a tool for sending invitations. Where the law permits, indirect or consequential loss is excluded, and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

You own your words, photos and guest list. You invite only people you have a reason to contact. We run the service with care, keep it available as best we can and never use your guests for marketing.
