- Insulated thermal containers provided; garnishes packed separately.
- Final pickup time confirmed each cooking day via WhatsApp by 16:00.
- Substitutions allowed up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup.
- Cancellation: 100% refund if cancelled before grocery purchase begins.
- Allergens: client to declare on intake form; ingredient substitutions costed separately.
