Section VI · Client feedback

The survey — honest answers

Twelve questions to refine the next cycle. Published as given — the wins and the work-ons.

Q01 · Favourite
Which dish did your family enjoy most?
Chicken Shawarma Skewers with Saffron Rice — “the rice was very aromatic and full of flavour, the chicken exceptionally soft, juicy and well-cooked. The balance of spices and texture made it stand out.”
Q02 · Drop
Which dish should we drop next cycle?
Berry-Almond Smoothie Bowl — “the smoothie didn't seem prepared accurately, the taste was off.” Chicken Tikka (garlic variant) — “could use improvement or reconsideration.”
Q03 · Portion size
Correct for 1–2 servings?
“Accurate and well-suited for 1–2 servings. Balanced — not too small or excessive.”
Q04 · Freshness
Freshness on pickup?
“All food was fresh and properly prepared at pickup. Temperature well-maintained; no issues with packaging or quality.”
Q05 · Pickup window
Was 18:00–21:00 convenient?
“Very convenient. It aligned well with my schedule, allowing easy pickup after work.”
Q06 · Value
Did AED 1,750 feel fair?
“Yes — fair considering the convenience, quality and effort. Good value, especially for someone who prioritises time-saving, home-style meals.”
Q07 · Delivery
Pay extra for door delivery?
“Yes — I'd prefer door delivery; it saves time. Willing to pay an extra AED 3–4 per delivery, in line with typical food-app charges.”
Q08 · Repeat
Sign up for a second cycle?
“At this time I may not — considering exploring other meal plans or cooking at home for a change.”
Q09 · Storage
Anything spoil or reheat differently?
“Beef tacos became slightly soggy by the time I got home — reheating on a pan restored crispiness. Improve packaging or add reheating guidance for such items.”
Q10 · New dish
One new dish to add?
“Healthy, comforting dishes — such as daal. Classic options like butter chicken with naan would also be great.”
Q11 · NPS
Likelihood to recommend (0–10)?
5/ 10
“The concept and food quality are promising, but the web app still has glitches and usability issues, and the limited number of chefs restricts variety. With improvements, strong potential.”
Q12 · One thing
One thing to improve before launch?
“App stability (fewer bugs when selecting menu items); more chefs for coverage and options; let users browse chefs first and view their specialities — not every chef can cook every dish.”
