With over 45 years in the perfumery industry, Mohamed Iqbal built Khadlaj from the ground up out of a deep, personal passion for authentic, handcrafted fragrance rooted in Middle Eastern traditions. His expertise spans both exquisite natural essences and meticulously crafted synthetic compounds.
The Khadlaj House
Officially founded January 1997 in the UAE as a fully family-owned establishment. Headquartered at Industrial Area 11, Sharjah, with a Dubai retail store in the heart of Souq Murshid — the brand has remained artisanal and family-run for nearly three decades.
