Built and demonstrated for LumenWerk, a German LED brand selling into homes, retail, hospitality and fit-out (Innenausbau).

memoryof LumenWerk's voice, ranges and warranty, qualifies the chat, and writes the outcome back to the same CRM card. - Apollo.io → CRM. Prospecting runs feed enriched B2B contacts (designers, fit-out contractors) into the pipeline, tagged by segment so outreach stays relevant.
- CRM → Order management. A won deal becomes an order: quote, products, install date and customer updates, all tracked to delivery.
