Most "AI marketing" stops at the post. This demo shows the part that actually grows a lighting business: a connected automation where every lead a campaign generates is captured, answered, qualified, quoted, fulfilled and reconciled — without anyone re-typing it into five tools. Built and demonstrated for LumenWerk, a German LED brand selling into homes, retail, hospitality and fit-out (Innenausbau).

Why one workflow, not seven tools? The value is in the wiring. A website form, a WhatsApp chat, an Apollo list, a CRM card, an order and an invoice are normally six disconnected silos. Here they are one pipeline — so a midnight enquiry from Hamburg is qualified, costed and on the CEO dashboard before the team is back at their desks.

How the pipeline is wired together.

The build order that turns six disconnected tools into one automation. Each step plugs the previous stage's output into the next stage's input.

  1. Website → CRM. Every form on lumenwerk.de posts to a webhook that creates a CRM lead with source, product interest and contact details — no copy-paste.
  2. WhatsApp AI bot → CRM. The bot is brand-locked with a memory of LumenWerk's voice, ranges and warranty, qualifies the chat, and writes the outcome back to the same CRM card.
  3. Apollo.io → CRM. Prospecting runs feed enriched B2B contacts (designers, fit-out contractors) into the pipeline, tagged by segment so outreach stays relevant.
  4. CRM → Order management. A won deal becomes an order: quote, products, install date and customer updates, all tracked to delivery.
  5. Order → Financial reconciliation. Delivery triggers the invoice; incoming payments are matched automatically and the books stay reconciled in EUR.
  6. Everything → CEO dashboard. Leads, revenue and pipeline health stream to one live view, so the owner runs the business from a single screen.
The point of the wiring: a lead never has to be re-entered. Capture once, and the same record flows through qualification, the quote, the order and the invoice — which is exactly why a small team can run like a much bigger one.
