Overview · 2 minute read
What this playbook gives you.
A reproducible, click-by-click setup so the Bikester Global team can run search optimisation and social marketing themselves — no agency retainer. The same AI workflow used in the reference video, but every prompt, the brand lock, and the publishing schedule are pre-wired for bikesterglobal.com and the Thane store. It plugs straight into the June 2026 audit and code pack already delivered.
The three-tool stack
| Tool | Purpose | Link |
|---|---|---|
| Claude.ai (paid) | The AI engine — from USD 20/mo. Powers Claude Code in VS Code: audits the site, writes the schema, builds locality pages, drafts content. | claude.ai |
| Visual Studio Code | Free IDE — the host environment for Claude Code. | code.visualstudio.com |
| Blotato | MCP server + social scheduler. Turns gear posts into visuals and publishes them across 9 networks. | blotato.com |
Two free-but-essential SEO tools you'll also use: Google Search Console (search.google.com/search-console) and your Google Business Profile for the Thane store.
Playbook colour & voice (used everywhere below)
Bikester Global voice: a rider who actually knows gear. Safety-first, brand-literate (AGV, LS2, Studds), INR, India-first. Always tagged #BikesterGlobal #RideGeared.
Step 1 of 8
1 Prerequisites & accounts.
Create the three accounts before anything else. The Claude.ai subscription is the only mandatory paid cost up front (USD 20/mo minimum).
Claude.ai Pro — USD 20/mo

Visual Studio Code
Download the installer for Windows / Mac / Linux. Open it once it installs — that's it for now.

MCP server + scheduler. We'll grab the API key in Step 6, but create the account now.
Pull your store data + brand assets
Grab the logo (PNG, transparent), the verified Thane NAP (name, address, phone), opening hours, a storefront photo, and the orange #FF6A00.
Step 2 of 8
2 Install Claude Code in VS Code.
A one-time, five-minute install. Once Claude Code is wired into VS Code, you run everything from inside the editor.
- Open VS Code → click the Extensions icon in the left sidebar.
- Search "Claude Code" → install the one by Anthropic.
- Create a local project folder — e.g.
bikester-seo— via File → Open Folder. - Drop in your brand assets + the code bundle (unzip it here).
- Click the Claude Code icon (top-right), sign in, set mode to "Edit Automatically".

Step 3 of 8 · SEO
3 Audit the site with Claude Code.
Point Claude Code at the live store and have it produce an SEO/GEO/AEO audit. The full reference audit is already done — drop these prompts to regenerate or refresh it for any page.
Audit https://bikesterglobal.com/pages/thane-store for SEO, GEO (AI answer engines)
and AEO (featured snippets/voice). Check title, meta, H1, schema, FAQ, NAP, robots,
and whether crawlers are blocked. Score each 1-10 and list the top fixes for a Shopify
motorcycle-gear store in Thane. Be specific, not generic.
200, no SEO or AI-search work can be read.
SEO 6 · GEO 5 · AEO 4
Reference scores from the June 2026 audit. Your job over the next steps: push all three to 8+.
54-page audit + roadmap

Step 4 of 8 · SEO
4 Ship the on-page code.
Have Claude Code paste the schema, meta, robots and llms.txt into your Shopify theme. The exact code is in the bundle — these prompts let Claude place it for you and fill in your real store data.
Using the files in /code, add Organization + LocalBusiness + Breadcrumb + FAQ JSON-LD
to my Shopify theme.liquid, scoped so LocalBusiness/FAQ render only on /pages/thane-store.
Replace every {{ REPLACE_... }} token with this data: phone +91-XXXX, address ...,
PIN 400602, hours 10:30-21:30 daily, rating 4.7 (979 reviews). Then add the head
meta/OG block. Show me a diff before saving.
Create templates/robots.txt.liquid from /code/robots.txt.liquid so it welcomes
GPTBot, PerplexityBot, ClaudeBot, Google-Extended and points to the sitemap.
Then prepare /code/llms.txt to be served at the site root and explain exactly how
to host it on Shopify (Cloudflare Worker or redirect).
Implementation code pack
Every block with copy buttons + a "what to paste / where / why" table and a 5-phase roadmap.

5 Build the locality pages.
One reusable template → 10 town pages covering the whole 6 km catchment. This is the single biggest organic-traffic unlock for a one-store brand.
Using /code/09-locality-page-template.liquid, generate 10 locality landing pages for:
Naupada, Pachpakhadi, Wagle Estate, Kopri, Manpada, Kapurbawdi, Kasarvadavali, Kalwa,
Mulund West, Airoli. Each: unique H1 "Motorcycle Gear Shop near {town} — Bikester Global
Thane", 600-900 words, directions from that town, 6 FAQs, LocalBusiness schema, and the
locality keywords from the audit. Keep the Bikester voice.
One page per town
Launch → backlinks → reviews
Each town has a 7-day action plan (page live → GBP post → local backlinks → FAQ → ads → meetup → reviews) in the audit report.
Step 6 of 8 · Marketing
6 Brand voice + connect Blotato.
Lock the Bikester voice into memory.md, then wire the Blotato MCP server so Claude can make visuals and publish.
Save my brand voice to memory.md and use it for all posts going forward:
Bikester Global — a rider who actually knows gear. Safety-first, brand-literate
(AGV, LS2, Studds, Alpinestars), INR pricing, India-first, Thane store focus.
Tone: confident and practical. Always tag #BikesterGlobal #RideGeared.
Add the following MCP server as if you were running `claude mcp add`,
and add it to user scope in .claude.json. Create the file if it doesn't exist.
claude mcp add blotato \
--url https://mcp.blotato.com/mcp \
--header "blotato-api-key: YOUR_API_KEY"
Step 7 of 8 · Marketing
7 Make visuals & connect accounts.
Generate gear-led visuals from your posts, then one-click connect each network in Blotato → Settings → Accounts.
Make a whiteboard infographic from the "How to choose the right helmet size" post.
Bikester Global brand: dark asphalt background, moto-orange (#FF6A00) accent,
signal-yellow callouts, logo bottom-right, the helmet is the hero. Send it to Blotato.
Connect all platforms
Whiteboard · Newspaper · TV Wall
- Whiteboard — helmet-size & fitment guides.
- TV Wall — new-arrival gear drops for Reels.
- Trail Marker — step-by-step "how to wear back protector".
Priority order for Bikester: Instagram → YouTube → Facebook → Pinterest. Pinterest + YouTube are the long-tail search engines for "which helmet" queries — don't skip them.
Step 8 of 8 · Marketing + Measure
8 Post, schedule & track results.
Tell Claude in plain English what to publish — it talks to Blotato in the background — then watch the SEO needle move in Search Console.
Post the helmet-size guide to Instagram now, schedule the Thane store Reel for
tomorrow 7pm IST, the AGV vs LS2 comparison for Thursday 9pm IST, and a Pinterest
gear guide for Friday morning. Tag all #BikesterGlobal #RideGeared and add 1-2 reach
tags from {#motorcyclegear #helmetlife #thaneriders #mumbaibikers #ridinggear}.
- View what's queued in Blotato → Calendar.
- In Google Search Console, watch impressions/clicks for "helmet shop Thane" and the 10 locality keywords.
- In Google Business Profile, watch calls + direction requests from the Thane listing.
- High-engagement windows for Indian riders: weekday 1-2pm (lunch scroll) and 8-11pm (evening research); weekend mornings for ride-planning.
30 min/week to stay #1
- Mon — Claude drafts the week's posts + 1 locality page.
- Wed — generate visuals, schedule via Blotato.
- Fri — request reviews from the week's walk-ins.
- 1st of month — pull Search Console + GBP into a 1-pager.
From mid-tier to #1
