HNHUAE Technical Services LLC was founded by Abid Abizher Mohammed to do one thing properly: bring much-loved villas and apartments in the UAE to a state where they feel quietly excellent. We don’t flip homes. We renew them — for families who plan to stay.

Snag-List & "All Agreed" Certificate
Completion is a sign-off, not a date. Every project ends with a documented snag pass, a client walkthrough and an "All Agreed" certificate before keys are returned.
- Internal Snag Pass — site PM and trade leads do a fresh-eyes walk, every item photographed and logged
- Trade Resolution — assigned to the responsible trade with a fix-by date, retested by a second pair of eyes
- Client Walkthrough — you walk every room with the senior PM; client snags added to an addendum
- Re-Snag & Photo Sign-Off — closed within agreed days, before / after photos delivered for each item
- "All Agreed" Certificate — signed list of every closed item, warranty start date, manuals index
- Changes Welcome — within the 12-month warranty, design tweaks and minor change-orders are quoted at cost
