Thirty years in the UAE labour market has taught me one thing: You cannot outsource dignity. You can outsource sourcing. Documentation. Mobilisation. Training. Payroll. But the moment you outsource how a worker is treated — at the camp, at the gate, in the queue, on the call — you have outsourced your brand. The best companies I've worked with in this region don't audit their agencies annually.
