AI implementation · Abu Dhabi

You don't need a class. You need the pack built.

Aziz Saif builds one AI agent for your Abu Dhabi company, wired to the system or template your work already runs on, and hands you the finished workflow. No half-day session, no slides, no one on your side learning to code. You supply the real documents, whether that is an ICV pack, a technical submittal or a reporting cycle, and a way into your systems. You get back something that runs the task on its own, with the code and credentials sitting in your own accounts from day one.

What is an AI implementation build in Abu Dhabi?

An AI implementation build in Abu Dhabi is a fixed-scope project where Aziz Saif builds one AI agent that performs a real business task on its own, connects it to the system or template that task already runs on, tests it on your real data, and hands it over running in accounts you control. There is no training component and no group session. You supply the workflow and the access. You receive the finished automation.

What gets automated.

These are the jobs that come up most often in Abu Dhabi companies, and each one ships as a single focused agent connected to what you already use.

ICV certification packs

Builds the pack from your vendor and spend data against the certifying body's current template, ready for submission each cycle.

Technical submittals

Reformats your content library into whichever client template a tender demands, correctly ordered and branded, instead of retyping the same content.

Vendor prequalification packs

Assembles the standard pack from a maintained library of certificates, licences and project references, ready to attach to a bid.

Emiratisation reporting

Pulls headcount and nationality data from your HR system into the quarterly reporting format instead of a manual quarterly rebuild.

ADGM onboarding & KYC

Collects and checks onboarding documents against your checklist and flags anything missing before a human reviews the file.

Group reporting & reconciliation

Consolidates numbers across entities and matches every bank statement against your ledger automatically, with a report of what is missing.

Abu Dhabi specifics.

A submission template decides the timeline, not an ERP

Most Abu Dhabi build requests are not about an ERP at all. They are about a fixed-format document a client, a certifying body or a regulator expects on a set schedule: an ICV pack, a submittal, a prequalification form. A build that works from a stable template and a few real examples ships fast. One where the template itself keeps changing between submissions takes longer, so that is confirmed before a start date is agreed.

ADGM sits under its own rules

The workflow itself does not change with registration type. What changes is which data law applies. Onshore companies sit under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021. Firms registered in Abu Dhabi Global Market sit under the ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021, which matters most for client onboarding and KYC data. The build is scoped to whichever framework applies before any real data moves.

How a build actually happens.

Day 0

Scoping call. You describe the task in twenty minutes, we agree exactly what the agent will do, and you get a fixed quote and a start date.

Day 1–2

Access and samples. You send real, redacted-where-needed documents such as a recent ICV pack or submittal, plus either system access, an API key, or an export routine.

Day 2–7

The build. The agent is built against your real documents, not a demo dataset, and tested until the output matches what your team would produce by hand.

Day 7–10

Your review. You run it on a live batch alongside your current manual process and compare the two before anything replaces the manual step.

Handover

Keys and walkthrough. Code and credentials move into your own accounts, and a short call shows your named contact how it runs and what to check each cycle.

Data safety during the build.

Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 governs personal data onshore in Abu Dhabi. ADGM-registered entities sit under the ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021. A build is scoped around this before your first document is shared.

Redacted samples first

Early testing runs on documents with Emirates ID numbers, payroll and client identifiers stripped out wherever the workflow allows it.

Your accounts, not mine

The finished agent runs inside your own systems and cloud accounts. Nothing about your business data is stored on a system I control after handover.

ADGM handled separately

Client onboarding and KYC workflows for ADGM-registered firms are scoped against the ADGM Data Protection Regulations rather than the federal law.

The builder ran operations before he automated them.

Every tool below is live, free, and runs in your browser. They were built the same way a paid implementation is built, which is why you can try the approach before you pay for it.

Try the free bank reconciliation tool first if you want to see the approach before scoping a paid build. Nothing you upload leaves your browser.

Build it, or learn to build it?

Same builder, two different things. Pick the one that matches what you actually want to walk away with.

Questions companies actually ask.

What do I actually get from an AI implementation build in Abu Dhabi?

A working AI agent that does one job on its own, built around a document type you already submit or process such as an ICV certification pack, a technical submittal or a vendor prequalification form, tested on your real files, and handed over to your own accounts. You are buying the finished workflow, not a class about how to build one.

How long does an AI implementation project take?

Usually one to two weeks per workflow once your sample documents and system access are ready. Submission-heavy workflows with a fixed template move faster than ones needing a new integration, so the exact figure is fixed at scoping, not before.

What do I need to supply before you start?

Three things. Real sample documents from the workflow you want automated, such as a recent ICV pack or submittal. A way into whatever system holds the source data, whether that is an ERP, a shared drive, or an export routine. And one named person on your side who owns the workflow and can answer questions fast.

How does handover work?

The agent, its code and its credentials go into accounts you control, not mine. You get a short walkthrough call showing exactly how it runs and how to change the parts you might need to change. If I disappear the next day, the workflow keeps running.

Do you also train our staff, or only deliver the build?

This page is the build only. If you want your own staff to learn to build and run automations themselves, that is the corporate AI training class instead, run at your Abu Dhabi office. Many companies do both: a build first so a submission workflow stops eating a day every week, then a training day so the team can extend it.

Which systems and document types can you connect to?

Common Abu Dhabi systems and formats, including ERP exports from Tally, Focus, Zoho or QuickBooks, HR and headcount data for Emiratisation reporting, vendor and spend registers for ICV packs, and the client templates used for technical submittals and prequalification forms. If a system can export a file or expose an API, it can usually be wired into the build.

Can you build an ICV certification pack generator?

Yes. An ICV pack draws from a fixed set of fields such as spend by vendor, national workforce data and manufacturing content, and it is exactly the kind of repeatable, rule-bound document an agent can assemble reliably once it has seen a few real examples and the current certifying body template.

What is the difference between this page and the AI training class?

The training class teaches your staff to build and run automations themselves over a half-day or full-day session. This page is the opposite buyer intent. You want the finished agent delivered and running, without anyone on your side needing to learn to build it.

Can you build for an ADGM-registered company?

Yes. ADGM-registered firms sit under the ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021 rather than the federal onshore law, and client onboarding and KYC data is handled under that framework during the build.

Is our data safe during the build?

Onshore Abu Dhabi companies fall under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection. ADGM-registered firms also sit under the ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021. Builds are scoped so identifying information such as Emirates ID numbers, payroll and client records is redacted or handled in your own systems wherever the workflow allows it.

What happens if something needs changing after handover?

Message me and we scope the change like any other piece of work. Because the code and credentials sit in your own accounts, a small internal team or another developer can also make changes without needing me at all.

Is there a monthly fee or retainer?

No. Each build is a fixed scope agreed before work starts. There is no retainer and no percentage of anything. If you want ongoing changes, those are scoped and quoted as they come up.

What size of company is this for?

Any size where one submission or reporting task is repeated often enough to be worth automating. In practice most builds come from companies of 10 to 150 staff where one person is currently assembling the same pack or report by hand every cycle.

Do I need technical staff on my side?

No. You need someone who knows the workflow, not someone who can code. That person supplies real examples and confirms the output is right. The build itself is done by me.

How do we get started?

Message me on WhatsApp or email with the workflow you want automated, whether that is an ICV pack, a submittal or a reporting cycle. A free call follows to confirm scope, then a fixed quote and a start date.
