Corporate AI training is a structured session that teaches a company's existing staff to use AI tools — ChatGPT, Claude and automation software — on the actual work they do every week, so the business gets the benefit without hiring AI specialists. A good class is judged on what the team can do the next morning, not on how interesting the presentation was.
Teams come out of typical AI seminars impressed and unchanged — because nothing they saw touched their own work. This class inverts that: the syllabus is built around the tasks your staff already repeat every week, and the measure of success is what exists at 5pm that didn't exist at 9am.
Before the class I ask each department for two or three tasks they repeat weekly — a report, a reconciliation, a shortlist, a follow-up email run. Those become the live exercises. Nobody practises on a made-up marketing brief.
Not "prompt tricks". Participants build a reusable prompt library for their own role — with the context, format and checks baked in — saved somewhere the whole team can use it after the class ends.
Together we take one genuinely repetitive task and automate it end-to-end during the session, so the team sees the whole path from manual to running — and can repeat it on the next task themselves.
Each group builds a small internal tool for their department — an importer, a checker, a sorter — using AI to write it. No installs, no server, no IT ticket. It runs in the browser and it's theirs.
