Corporate AI training in Saudi Arabia is a paid, in-house class that teaches an existing team of staff to use AI tools on their own daily work — as opposed to a public course, a university module or a software licence. A serious one is a workshop, not a lecture: the syllabus is built from tasks your departments already repeat every week, the exercises run on your own files, and the measure of success is what exists at 5pm that did not exist at 9am. In the Kingdom that also means one thing a generic course will not give you — a working treatment of the Personal Data Protection Law, so staff know exactly which data categories can never be pasted into a consumer AI tool.
Finance, HR, procurement, admin, sales and operations — the departments where everyone is told to “use AI more” and nobody has been shown how on their own work. Three things separate this class from a seminar.
Before the class I ask each department for two or three tasks they repeat every week — a report, a reconciliation, a shortlist, a follow-up run. Those become the live exercises. Nobody practises on a made-up marketing brief.
Not prompt tricks. Participants build a reusable prompt library for their own role — with context and format checks baked in — saved somewhere the whole team can use after the class ends.
Together we take one genuinely repetitive task and automate it end to end during the session, so the team sees the decisions, not just the result. The files built in the room go to the company afterwards. Nothing is locked to me.

Saudi Arabia has put artificial intelligence at the centre of a national programme rather than leaving it to individual companies. SDAIA — the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority — sets national data and AI policy and administers the Personal Data Protection Law. The practical consequence for an operating business is that “we use ChatGPT sometimes” is no longer a strategy: staff need to know which tools are sanctioned, which data can go into them, and what they are expected to produce.
That is what this class delivers, and it is why the PDPL block is not optional.
Freelance / sub-contracted trainer
You have an AI course in your catalogue — or a client asking for one — and you need a trainer who can actually deliver it under your own licence. I take the delivery; you keep the client relationship and the branding.
The half-day class runs the same shape with the build block shortened and one department in focus instead of three. Timings flex around prayer breaks and lunch, and the Saudi working week means classes run Sunday to Thursday.

The fastest way for a team to create a problem with AI is to paste a customer list, a salary sheet or a signed contract into a consumer chatbot. Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law, administered by SDAIA, makes that a governance question and not just a habit. So a block of every class is spent on it.
National ID and Iqama numbers, salary and payroll detail, patient and client records, signed contracts, bank data. The class works through your own document types and marks each one.
Most real tasks work perfectly on a redacted version. Participants practise stripping identifiers out of their own files and still getting the output they needed.

On-site in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Al Khobar, Dhahran and Jubail as standard, and anywhere else in the Kingdom when travel is agreed in the quote. Makkah, Madinah, Tabuk, Abha and the giga-project sites are all reachable. Teams that are split across cities are usually better served by a live online class.
Two to three weeks is normal, because the pre-class step matters: I ask each department for the two or three tasks they repeat every week, and those become the exercises. A 90-minute leadership taster can be arranged faster, often online within a week.

The class is delivered in English. Materials, the prompt library and the tools your team builds during the session can be produced in both English and Arabic, and exercises can be run on Arabic-language documents — Arabic contracts, invoices and correspondence are part of the working material, not an afterthought.
Yes. The Saudi weekend is Friday and Saturday, so classes run Sunday to Thursday by default. Timings flex around prayer breaks and lunch, and evening or weekend batches can be arranged for teams that cannot release staff during business hours.

The Kingdom's Personal Data Protection Law is administered by SDAIA, and the single most common mistake teams make with AI tools is pasting personal or customer data into a consumer chatbot. The class teaches which categories of data must never leave your systems, how to redact before prompting, and which deployment options keep data inside your own tenancy.
Possibly — the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF / Hadaf) runs training-support programmes for Saudi nationals, and corporate AI upskilling is the kind of activity those programmes exist for. Eligibility and the claim route depend on your establishment's status, so confirm with HRDF directly before you budget against it.
