I build it on your own Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRM or accounting system, test it with your sample files, and hand back every login at go-live. You get a short doc and a video so your team runs it without me.
Most of the work happens remotely. When a job needs a room, such as a training day or a process walk-through with your finance team, I visit your office in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam or Al Khobar, Sunday to Thursday. I have no Saudi office and no Saudi commercial registration. Prices are in US dollars.
The Personal Data Protection Law is enforced by SDAIA, the Saudi Data and AI Authority, with full enforcement since September 2024. Each build collects only the personal data the process needs. The written scope lists what each workflow touches. Any tool that would send personal data outside the Kingdom is flagged so you decide.
ZATCA runs e-invoicing in two phases. Phase 1 (generation) started in December 2021. Phase 2 (integration with the FATOORA platform) rolls out in waves from January 2023. A workflow can check invoices before they go out. It does not replace your FATOORA-integrated invoicing system.
Nitaqat rates each company by its share of Saudi nationals. A workflow pulls headcount and nationality from your HR sheet and builds the monthly report in your format. Your HR team reviews it and files it in Qiwa. The workflow does not file for you.
Calls, site visits, go-live dates and support follow the Saudi work week. Your Sunday morning is a working day here too.
Customer-facing workflows read and reply in Arabic and English. WhatsApp replies, quotation drafts and customer emails start in Arabic when the customer writes in Arabic.
Vision 2030 is the Kingdom's plan to diversify the economy, and digital government is a core part of it. For a 40-person company that means more e-services, e-invoicing and data rules. Automation keeps that paperwork from eating your team's week.
Upload a batch of CVs and get them graded, ranked and exported. Useful when one Saudisation role draws a pile of applicants.

Open Bank Reconciliation →No. Aziz Saif works from Dubai. Saudi clients are served remotely and with on-site visits in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Al Khobar, Sunday to Thursday. There is no Saudi office and no Saudi commercial registration.
