Corporate AI training · Dubai

AI training in Dubai, for the team that ships every day.

A half-day or full-day hands-on AI class, delivered at your own office in Dubai: Business Bay, DIFC, JLT and DMCC, Deira, Silicon Oasis, Al Quoz, Jebel Ali or Dubai South. Dubai companies have heard enough about AI. What most of them still do not have is one person on staff who has automated anything end to end. This class produces that person. Your team brings the quotes, invoices, statements and reports they actually run, and by the end of the day one of those is automated and one small internal tool exists that did not exist that morning.

What does an AI training class in Dubai cover?

An AI training class in Dubai is a half-day or full-day on-site session where 6 to 25 of your staff use AI on their own company documents, automate one recurring task, and build one small internal tool before they leave. It is delivered in English at your office, with materials and exercises in English and Arabic, and it includes a block on the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.

The Dubai departments this lands with.

Companies of 40 to 100 staff feel this fastest, because one person is usually doing the whole of a repeated document job by hand.

Trading, import and re-export

Comparing supplier quotes line by line, pulling line items out of proforma invoices and packing lists, matching supplier statements to the ledger, and the bilingual enquiry threads that never get followed up.

Logistics & freight forwarding

Bills of lading, customs paperwork, delivery orders and the rate sheets that arrive in a different shape from every carrier. High volume, fixed structure, deadline-bound.

Finance, VAT & corporate tax

Monthly consolidation, variance commentary rewritten every month, VAT schedules and the corporate tax working papers that now sit alongside them.

DIFC & financial services

Client onboarding files, KYC packs, policy drafting and periodic regulatory reporting. Consistency matters more than creativity, which is exactly what this automates well.

Real estate & brokerage

Listing copy at volume, lead qualification out of enquiry threads, tenancy and sale document checks, and portal exports turned into something a principal will actually read.

HR & recruitment

CV screening at volume, job descriptions, interview notes, onboarding packs and visa documentation chased across three systems.

Dubai specifics.

Paperwork is the product

Dubai's SME economy runs on documents moving between parties: a quote becomes a proforma, a proforma becomes an LPO, an LPO becomes a delivery order and an invoice, and somewhere a statement has to be reconciled against all of it. Every one of those steps has a fixed shape and a deadline. That is the single best fit for automation, and it is what the class works on first rather than a generic writing exercise.

Free zone, mainland and DIFC are not the same room

The licence type changes almost nothing about how the class runs. It does change the data-safety block. Firms registered in DIFC sit under the DIFC Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020 rather than the federal law, and their onboarding and KYC files carry rules a generic AI course never mentions. The block is adjusted to whichever applies, and your team drafts the internal policy itself.

What a full day looks like.

09:00–09:30

Where AI helps, and where it does not. A short honest framing using examples from your own sector. Includes the failures, so nobody leaves with the wrong expectation.

09:30–11:00

Prompting on real work. Everyone opens the task they brought. We write, break and rewrite prompts until the output is good enough to send without editing.

11:00–11:20

Break.

11:20–12:45

Automating one weekly task. We pick one recurring task from the room and take it from manual to automated in front of everyone. Usually a report, a reconciliation or a quote comparison.

12:45–13:45

Lunch and prayer.

13:45–15:30

Build your own tool. Groups of three or four build one small working tool for their department. It runs in the browser by the end of the afternoon and it belongs to you.

15:30–16:00

Data safety and the UAE PDPL block. What must never be pasted into a consumer AI tool, how to redact before prompting, and a one-page internal AI policy drafted by your own team.

16:00–16:30

What happens Monday. Each department leaves with a named owner, a written recap and the files built during the day.

Data safety and the UAE PDPL are part of the class, not a disclaimer.

Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 governs personal data onshore. DIFC-registered entities sit under the DIFC Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020. Staff who have never been told what is off limits will paste anything into a chat window, so the class covers it directly.

What must never leave your systems

Emirates ID numbers, passport and visa detail, salary and payroll data, patient and client records, signed contracts, bank data and anything under an NDA. The list is written on the board and stays there all day.

Redact before you prompt

Most real tasks work perfectly on a redacted version. Participants practise stripping identifiers out of their own files and confirm the output quality does not drop.

A one-page internal AI policy

Your team drafts it in the room. Approved tools, banned data categories, who signs off. One page people will read, not a twelve-page document nobody opens.

The trainer builds the things he teaches.

Every tool below is live, free and runs in your browser. They were built the same way the class teaches, which is why the class can be taught from them rather than from slides.

Every tool runs in the browser, stores no customer data on a server, and was built the same way the class teaches, which is exactly why it can be taught in a day rather than described in a slide.

Questions companies actually ask.

Where in Dubai do you deliver the training?

At your own office, anywhere in the emirate. Business Bay, DIFC, JLT and DMCC, Deira and Bur Dubai, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Al Quoz, Barsha, Jebel Ali and JAFZA, and Dubai South. Travel inside Dubai is included in the fee.

How much AI training does a Dubai team of 40 to 100 people need?

One full day for the department doing the most repeated document work, then a second day about six weeks later once they have hit real problems. Splitting 60 staff into three batches of 20 works better than one large session, because everyone has to bring their own file and build something.

Do you train free zone companies as well as mainland?

Both. The licence type changes almost nothing about the class. It does change the data-safety block for DIFC-registered firms, who sit under the DIFC Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020 rather than the federal law, and that part is adjusted to the room.

Is the training in English or Arabic?

Delivered in English. Materials, the prompt library and the exercises come in English and Arabic, and the exercises run on real Arabic documents rather than translated samples. Dubai teams are usually mixed-language and the class is built for that.

What about UAE data protection law?

A block of the class covers it directly. Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 sets the onshore rules, and DIFC-registered entities sit under the DIFC Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020. Your team practises redacting Emirates ID numbers, payroll and client records before prompting, then drafts a one-page internal AI policy in the room.

Can you train a trading or re-export team?

That is the strongest fit in Dubai. Supplier quotation comparison, pulling line items out of proforma invoices and packing lists, matching supplier statements to the ledger, bills of lading and customs paperwork, and bilingual enquiry threads turned into tracked follow-up lists. Bring the real files.

What does it cost?

A fixed fee per group, quoted after a free 20-minute call. Never per seat and never a retainer. If your staff would rather build and run the automation themselves, that is taught at your office at USD 100 an hour.

What does the team leave with?

Three things. A prompt library written against your own documents, one recurring task automated end to end, and one small internal tool your staff built during the afternoon. Plus a named owner per department and a written recap.

How soon can you run it?

Usually inside two weeks. Dubai dates are Monday to Friday. Early batches before 09:00 and evening batches are available when a team cannot lose a working day.

Do you also build the automation, not only teach it?

Yes. The free tools on this site were built the same way the class teaches, which is why they can be taught from. If you would rather buy the finished thing than build it, that is a fixed-price build quoted after the same call.

Do you work with DIFC financial services firms?

Yes. Client onboarding files, KYC packs, policy drafting and periodic reporting all respond well because they are rule-bound and repetitive. The data-safety block is adjusted to the DIFC regulations.

Can you train a real estate brokerage?

Yes, and it is a common request in Dubai. Listing copy at volume, lead qualification from enquiry threads, tenancy and sale document checks, and turning a portal export into a report someone will read.

Is there a shorter option for leadership?

A 90-minute session for the executive team. No building, only what AI changes about cost and headcount, what it does not, and which of your departments should go first.

How many people can attend?

Six to twenty-five. Below six the group exercises stop working. Above twenty-five nobody gets individual attention on their own file, so larger headcounts run as repeat batches.
