AI implementation · Dubai

You don't need a class. You need the thing built.

Aziz Saif builds one AI agent for your Dubai company, wires it to your existing ERP, and hands you the finished workflow. No half-day session, no slides, no one on your side learning to code. You supply the real documents and a way into your systems. You get back something that runs the task on its own, with the code and credentials sitting in your own accounts from day one.

What is an AI implementation build in Dubai?

An AI implementation build in Dubai is a fixed-scope project where Aziz Saif builds one AI agent that performs a real business task on its own, connects it to your existing ERP or tools, tests it on your real data, and hands it over running in accounts you control. There is no training component and no group session. You supply the workflow and the access. You receive the finished automation.

What gets automated.

These are the jobs that come up most often in Dubai companies, and each one ships as a single focused agent connected to what you already use.

Purchase orders

Watches stock levels or a request form, drafts and issues the purchase order in your ERP correctly coded, and chases the approval.

Delivery notes

Reads an incoming delivery note, matches it to its purchase order and invoice, flags a mismatch in quantity or price, and files it. No manual typing.

Bank reconciliation

Matches every bank statement against your ledger automatically and returns a report of what matched, what is missing and what needs chasing.

CV sorting for hiring

Reads every application, scores it against the job description, and ranks candidates end to end so your hiring manager reviews only the top few.

Invoices and data entry

Reads supplier invoices and receipts, pulls out the numbers, and posts the entries to Tally, Focus, Zoho or QuickBooks.

WhatsApp and email replies

Answers routine customer and supplier messages, logs them, and routes anything unusual to a person instead of letting it sit unanswered.

Dubai specifics.

Your ERP decides the timeline, not the AI

Most Dubai SMEs already run Tally, Focus, Zoho or QuickBooks, and the slowest part of a build is never the AI itself. It is getting a clean export or a working API key out of the ERP. A build that connects cleanly on day one ships in under a week. One where access has to be requested from an IT vendor takes longer, so that step is confirmed before a start date is agreed.

Free zone, mainland and DIFC change the data rules, not the build

The workflow itself does not change with licence type. What changes is which data law applies. Onshore and free zone companies sit under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021. DIFC-registered firms sit under the DIFC Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020, which matters most for client onboarding and KYC data. The build is scoped to whichever framework applies before any real data moves.

How a build actually happens.

Day 0

Scoping call. You describe the task in twenty minutes, we agree exactly what the agent will do, and you get a fixed quote and a start date.

Day 1–2

Access and samples. You send real, redacted-where-needed documents and either ERP access, an API key, or an export routine.

Day 2–7

The build. The agent is built against your real documents, not a demo dataset, and tested until the output matches what your team would produce by hand.

Day 7–10

Your review. You run it on a live batch alongside your current manual process and compare the two before anything replaces the manual step.

Handover

Keys and walkthrough. Code and credentials move into your own accounts, and a short call shows your named contact how it runs and what to check weekly.

Data safety during the build.

Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 governs personal data onshore in Dubai. DIFC-registered entities sit under the DIFC Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020. A build is scoped around this before your first document is shared.

Redacted samples first

Early testing runs on documents with Emirates ID numbers, payroll and client identifiers stripped out wherever the workflow allows it.

Your accounts, not mine

The finished agent runs inside your own ERP and cloud accounts. Nothing about your business data is stored on a system I control after handover.

DIFC handled separately

Client onboarding and KYC workflows for DIFC-registered firms are scoped against the DIFC Data Protection Law rather than the federal one.

The builder ran operations before he automated them.

Every tool below is live, free, and runs in your browser. They were built the same way a paid implementation is built, which is why you can try the approach before you pay for it.

Try the free bank reconciliation tool first if you want to see the approach before scoping a paid build. Nothing you upload leaves your browser.

Build it, or learn to build it?

Same builder, two different things. Pick the one that matches what you actually want to walk away with.

Questions companies actually ask.

What do I actually get from an AI implementation build in Dubai?

A working AI agent that does one job on its own, wired into your existing ERP or tools, tested on your real data, and handed over to your own accounts. You are buying the finished workflow, not a class about how to build one.

How long does an AI implementation project take?

Usually one to two weeks per workflow once your data and ERP access are ready. The exact figure depends on how clean your ERP export is and how many approval steps the workflow needs, so it is fixed at scoping, not before.

What do I need to supply before you start?

Three things. Real sample documents from the workflow you want automated, such as purchase orders or delivery notes. A way into your ERP, either admin access, an API key, or a working export routine. And one named person on your side who owns the workflow and can answer questions fast.

How does handover work?

The agent, its code and its credentials go into accounts you control, not mine. You get a short walkthrough call showing exactly how it runs and how to change the parts you might need to change. If I disappear the next day, the workflow keeps running.

Do you also train our staff, or only deliver the build?

This page is the build only. If you want your own staff to learn to build and run automations themselves, that is the corporate AI training class instead, run at your Dubai office. Many companies do both: a build first so a workflow starts saving hours immediately, then a training day so the team can extend it.

Which ERPs and tools can you connect to?

Common Dubai SME systems including Tally, Focus, Zoho and QuickBooks, plus email, WhatsApp and spreadsheets. If the system can export a file or expose an API, it can usually be wired into the build.

What is the difference between this page and the AI training class?

The training class teaches your staff to build and run automations themselves over a half-day or full-day session. This page is the opposite buyer intent. You want the finished agent delivered and running, without anyone on your side needing to learn to build it.

What happens if something needs changing after handover?

Message me and we scope the change like any other piece of work. Because the code and credentials sit in your own accounts, a small internal team or another developer can also make changes without needing me at all.

Is there a monthly fee or retainer?

No. Each build is a fixed scope agreed before work starts. There is no retainer and no percentage of anything. If you want ongoing changes, those are scoped and quoted as they come up.

Can you build for a DIFC-registered company?

Yes. DIFC-registered firms sit under the DIFC Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020 rather than the federal onshore law, and client onboarding and KYC data is handled under that framework during the build.

Is our data safe during the build?

Onshore Dubai companies fall under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection. Builds are scoped so identifying information such as Emirates ID numbers, payroll and client records is redacted or handled in your own systems wherever the workflow allows it.

What size of company is this for?

Any size where one task is repeated often enough to be worth automating. In practice most builds come from companies of 10 to 150 staff where one person is currently doing a repetitive document job by hand every week.

Do I need technical staff on my side?

No. You need someone who knows the workflow, not someone who can code. That person supplies real examples and confirms the output is right. The build itself is done by me.

Can you build more than one agent at once?

Yes, but each one is scoped and delivered as its own fixed piece of work, usually starting with the single workflow costing the most hours, then adding the next once the first is running.

How do we get started?

Message me on WhatsApp or email with the workflow you want automated and which ERP you use. A free call follows to confirm scope, then a fixed quote and a start date.
